As fumigant for fruit, and all kinds of tobacco. As the medicine intermediate and sterilization agent. Used as raw material for sulfonic acid methyl pyrimidine, sulfonic acid of sulfamonomethoxine,  Antitussive Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and other drugs.
